Went to celebrate Grandma Gloria's birthday tonight. Courtney made supper ... chicken, cranberries, a spinach salad with avocado, raspberries, and nuts, popovers, and cupcakes.

Thank you, Courtney.  :)

Can I join in here?

I'm doing turkey noodle soup.  I still have a few slices of turkey leftover and I'll put those in the freezer to use for enchilada's one of these days.

Yes, join in!

If I had a turkey carcass, I'd make some soup. My mom ended up making turkey noodle soup yesterday.  So tonight ...

Chicken thighs (George Foreman grill, hope they turn out. :)), baked potatoes, and whatever vegetables I can find in the house.
